It was a song on p2p networks mislabeled as "Ozma - Coffee Shop Girl". It is not an Ozma song.
same deal with: All pie, Kool Aid Man, Across The Sea.
3. Was there ever an Ozma Tribute album?
This was tried many times, but always failed one way or the other. Some tracks exist.
