Has anyone else ever came across this or own it?

I believe i came across one at an ozma show, but i dont have one.

I got a copy in spring of 2002 at a show.  They were made by a Japanese label called Vinyl Junkie Japan.  1,000 copies, all on black.  I believe it's the same master as the original Tornado version of the record.
