There aren't many bands out there that treat their fans like Ozma does.

wonderful show. they played the following songs in some order:

spending time
no one needs to know
immigration song (during the intro i yelled out "i love you jose!" and the woman next to me smiled and said "that's my son"!)
wake up
underneath my tree

then dan said something about taking it "back to the future" and ryen played iceland by himself, until getting to the "rock and roll part three" part; they all jumped into domino effect and played the entire album in order including last dance which i'd never heard live.

they go off stage and come back with the rentals for the encore. they all play "waiting", some song i don't recognize (i don't know the rentals very well), and "friends of p". rentals go off stage and ozma finishes up with korobeiniki, game over, and eponine! AAAAAH

edit: i think the second rentals song was "getting by"

Hoping a recording comes out of this. If so, and if we have the band's permission, I'll gladly host it.

Such a great show. It was very nice to hear ozma again. It was also very nice to hear the rentals. I got to meet matt sharp briefly. The band Moses Campbell was pretty rad IMO. I'm very happy that I got to see this show.

seconded.  Couldn't have asked for anything more...fucking stellar set.  So glad I got to see them live.  That show made me want to start an ozma cover band just so i could her those songs live more often....hahahaha

is that a new song playing on their teaser video?
@starwickmusic

hipsun

old song. kid icarus. the recording is from the loveless motel demo sessions in 2005? that produced the first released verisons of barriers, straight flush, and into light. the recording was never finished. they played the song at many shows on the rentals tour.

canucks13

Great show, I traveled all the way from Virginia to see it!

How did I miss this show? =(

I live in LA and had no reason to look for Ozma to be playing. I am so upset right now.
