Yes Dear has itself some new members, and a new demo!

This just in from Yes Dear's Myspace page...

Yes Dear proud to announce some new band members. Jeremiah James, formerly of Teen Heroes has joined us on drums, and Marty Sataman, presently of Bad Dudes, is on bass. We've posted some pictures of them for your enjoyment. Some of the more astute among you may have deduced that this means Jose is back on guitar. Well, aren't you clever? More songs coming soon. Thanks for all the love.

I'm glad to see Jose back on guitar.  While it was a fun idea to have him on drums, how else is he supposed to bounce around like only Jose can? 

Also, the new demo can be found at http://www.myspace.com/yesdear  It's not up for download yet at their purevolume page, but at least we can listen to it! 

EDIT: The myspace downloads are working as of now, so you can indeed download the new song, "Surf the Intenstiy!"

man, that is good news. Jose on drums was nice as a novelty... but ultimately i could've seen it holding them back.

New song is my second favorite... i think 'surf the intensity' is the most fully realized one thus far.

Jose has drummed in other projects...he had a Nirvana cover band he drummed for, so I didn't find it all that odd that he would decide to fill in on sticks and skins for Yes Dear.

i saw them once and jose was on guitar and vocals

but then again, i've heard ryen's voice compared to rivers' voice too

Hey guys, for lyrics, you can check the Yes Dear website at http://www.yesdearmusic.com/music/lyrics.php.  Also, as far as what the band members do, Jose is on guitar, and Ryen and Nate are on Keys and Guitar. I think Nate has a little more emphasis on keys, a little less on guitar. For anyone that likes Yes Dear, sign up on the forum on their website.
